Redemption Mechanism: 

Upper Circle Restaurant and Lounge:
1. Guests presenting a GV VIP card or reference can walk in freely to The Upper Circle (via VIP Entrance) or the Ain Dubai Plaza Kiosks (open for all visitors).
2. A 20% discount on Food and Beverages will be granted upon showing the voucher or card.
3. Guests will be offered the standard menu, and the discount will be applied to the total bill.
4. Ain Dubai Security will assist the guest from the Exit Point by unlocking the exit door to allow access to the lounge.

PLAZA Kiosks
1. Guests presenting a GV VIP card or reference can walk in freely to The Upper Circle (via VIP Entrance) or the Ain Dubai Plaza Kiosks (open for all visitors).
