Sale Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: Guests must hold a valid Emirates ID, with a minimum age of 18 years.
2. Purchase Limit: Guests may purchase a maximum of (1) VIP Pack for personal use only, verified against their Emirates ID, including pre-booked packs, from any of the six categories: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Mega Silver, and Mega Gold. Guests are not permitted to purchase additional packs using other Emirates IDs on behalf of others. Global Village reserves the right to cancel any such transactions without refund at its sole discretion.
3. Sales Period: Public sales start on 27 September at 10:00 AM and continue while stocks last.
4. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of placing the order.
5. Non-Cancellation: Once purchased, VIP Pack orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or modified.
6. Delivery: VIP Packs will be delivered by Aramex starting from 1 October and completed within 10 days. A delivery fee of AED 30 will be applied to each order.
7. Limited Quantities: VIP Packs are subject to availability, and quantities are limited.
8. VIP Packs are sold exclusively and solely through the Coca-Cola Arena website, the official and authorized distributor on behalf of Global Village. No other websites, platforms, or vendors are authorized to sell or distribute VIP Packs under any circumstances. Purchases made through any unauthorized sources are strictly prohibited and may involve counterfeit products or fraudulent activity. Global Village shall not be held responsible or liable for any purchases made through such sources, and disclaims all liability in the event of fraud, loss, misuse, or invalidation of the VIP Pack resulting from unauthorized transactions. Global Village further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel and/or deactivate any VIP Pack acquired from any source other than the Coca-Cola Arena website without prior notice. In such cases, the purchaser shall not be entitled to any refund, replacement, compensation, or other remedy of any kind. Additionally, the sale, resale, transfer, duplication, reproduction, or reprinting of VIP Packs is strictly prohibited. Any violation of these terms may result in cancellation or deactivation of the VIP Pack, disqualification from future purchases, and/or legal action.
9. Guests must report any product damage or missing content and request a replacement within 10 working days from the date of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for replacement.

VIP Packs

• Duplicating, reprinting, or reselling the VIP Packs and it's content is strictly prohibited. Violators will be subject to legal liability

VIP Wonder Pass

• The VIP Wonder Pass can only be used for the Carnaval Fun Fair, Exo Planet City, and the Stunt Show.
• The balance will expire at the end of Season 30.
• The balance can be recharged at any Global Village Ticket Counter, on Global Village app, and on  Global Village website.
• All purchases made are final and non-refundable.
• The VIP Wonder Pass is not a credit card. It cannot be transferred, sold, or refunded.
• Global Village Management will not replace the card if lost, stolen, or damaged.
• All rides and attractions at Global Village have independent terms, conditions, and restrictions that are posted at the entrance of each ride or attraction.

VIP Parking Sticker

• Without activating your VIP Parking Sticker, you would not have been able to access the VIP Parking Zone.
• A fee of AED 170 would apply each time the plate registration details were updated on your account.
• Damaged VIP Parking Stickers would not be replaced by Global Village Management.
• The VIP Parking Sticker is only during Season 30

VIP Parking Voucher

• The VIP Parking Voucher is only valid for a single use during Season 30.
• The voucher does not grant access to the VIP Parking Zone. You will receive a parking ticket at the entrance of the VIP Parking Zone and can redeem this voucher at the payment booth when exiting the parking area.
• Park at your own risk and responsibility. Global Village accepts no liability for any accident, injury, damage, loss of property, or related matter incurred on any Global Village property. In case of any accident or damage, please report it to the Dubai Police Centre at Global Village at +971 4 362 4444.
• A fine of AED 200 applies each time a vehicle is left in the VIP Parking Zone after operating hours. If the vehicle is parked for more than 48 hours, additional fines will apply and the vehicle will be towed by the Dubai Police at the expense of the owner.
• Losing the voucher or erasing its data incurs a fine of AED 50.
• Duplicating, reprinting, or reselling the VIP Parking Voucher is strictly prohibited. Violators will be subject to legal liability.
• Global Village reserves the right to refuse entry to any voucher holder.

Entry Ticket

• The entry tickets are only valid for Season 30.
• Each entry ticket allows entry for one person, single use only.
• The entry ticket will not be accepted if its code has already been scanned, if it has a past season’s date, or if it has been tampered with in any manner.
• The entry ticket is non-refundable, and Global Village Management will not replace any lost or stolen tickets.
• Duplicating, reprinting, or reselling an entry ticket is strictly prohibited. Violators will be subject to legal liability.
