Petronas Twin Towers
Constructed in 1998, the Petronas Twin Towers held the title of the tallest twin structure globally.
These 88-story towers were, at one point, the tallest buildings in the world, reigning until 2004 when Taipei 101 in Taiwan surpassed their height.
Nevertheless, they still retain their position as the tallest twin skyscrapers worldwide.
