Global Village brought together an extraordinary fusion of cultures through over 200 restaurants, cafés, kiosks, and street food stalls, making it one of the most diverse culinary destinations in the region.
Guests were taken on a global tasting tour without ever leaving Dubai, exploring everything from time-honored recipes passed down through generations to bold new culinary concepts that redefined street food.
Whether it was savoring slow-cooked Middle Eastern delicacies, snapping photos of colorful desserts made for Instagram, or trying exclusive food trends only available at Global Village, there was something to excite every food lover.
The variety was endless—Asian night market snacks, gourmet burgers, sizzling grills, exotic beverages, artisanal sweets, and more—all served in beautifully themed environments that added to the experience.

In Season 29, we introduced the new Restaurants Plaza, a dedicated area that housed all the restaurants along with the iconic Falcon Stage. This central space enhanced the dining experience, offering a vibrant setting where guests could enjoy meals and entertainment in one place. Dining out was a delightful experience for all tastes—whether guests preferred Italian or Thai, steak or seafood. A carefully curated selection of restaurants was available to satisfy every culinary desire, offering the perfect ambiance to relax and enjoy authentic dishes, complemented by excellent service and the lively atmosphere of Global Village.
Street Food
Street food lovers found their paradise in Season 29, where some of the boldest and most exciting flavors in Dubai came together under one roof. From savory Asian bites and spicy street snacks to fresh fruits and indulgent desserts, guests enjoyed a vibrant mix of tastes through various specialty food concepts—each offering a unique culinary adventure.
Road of Asia
Season 29 brought the Road of Asia to life, offering guests a vibrant journey through the diverse cuisines, cultures, and colors of the continent. This lively pedestrian street recreated the bustling atmosphere of the best Asian markets, featuring authentic street food, products, and crafts from 13 Asian countries, including Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Nepal, Bhutan, the Philippines, and more. Guests enjoyed signature Asian street foods such as Taipei Hotpot, Pancit from the Philippines, Pho from Vietnam, and the traditional Ceylon Koththu from Sri Lanka. The Road of Asia was a one-stop destination for homegrown products from these 13 countries, offering a truly immersive taste of Asia.
Indian Chaat Bazaar
In Season 29, the Indian Chaat Bazaar brought to life the lively atmosphere of traditional old-world markets, offering an exciting range of flavors from sweet and spicy to tangy and savory. The bazaar’s menu featured a variety of delicious dishes, including samosas, dosas, and spicy grilled sandwiches, each one tempting guests with its rich and diverse flavors.
Floating Market
In Season 29, the Floating Market returned as a true haven for lovers of Asian cuisine. With an even more diverse and creative lineup, it offered everything from baos and barbecue to vibrant bowls and street-style bites. Guests indulged in flavorful seafood dishes, steaming Indonesian ramen, rich Vietnamese pho, spicy Malaysian grills, and mouthwatering Korean dumplings—each dish crafted to capture the essence of Asia’s culinary traditions in a modern and trendy setting.
Happiness Street
Happiness Street continued to live up to its name in Season 29, serving up fun, flavorful dishes that never failed to bring a smile. Known for its playful twists on beloved comfort foods, this vibrant spot offered must-try creations like Mac & Cheese topped with fiery crunchy Cheetos, cheesy dynamite shrimp, loaded potatoes, and massive 60 cm pizza slices. Guests walked away satisfied and smiling—every bite was a celebration.
Fiesta Street
Fiesta Street brought the celebration back in Season 29, bigger and more vibrant than ever before. Located between Arabian Square and the Kids’ Theatre, this lively street offered an expanded menu filled with delicious surprises—from toasted chicken sandwiches and loaded fries to creamy risottos and baklava frappes. Guests took their time exploring the diverse food offerings before placing their orders, making Fiesta Street a must-visit spot for fun, flavor, and festive vibes.
Railway Market
A unique dining concept made a striking return in Season 29, now with an all-new design inspired by the iconic Maeklong Railway Market in Bangkok, Thailand. This reimagined space delighted dessert lovers with a whimsical setting and a mouthwatering array of sweet treats. Guests were surrounded by a dreamlike assortment of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, ice creams, and creative desserts—making them feel like kids in a candy store at the heart of Global Village
