Dubai, UAE, 12 December 2025: As one of the world’s leading cultural destinations and the region’s premier family spot for culture, entertainment, and shopping, Global Village prepares to honour this special occasion with a rich line-up of experiences that highlight the deep brotherly ties between the UAE and the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Guests will be welcomed with a festive musical parade led by the Dubai Police band, filling the walkways of Global Village with a lively celebratory spirit. The destination’s iconic entrances and landmarks will also be illuminated in the colours of the Bahraini flag, while the arches of the Gate of the World and the Cultural Gate will shine with red and white lights, creating a visually striking tribute to the occasion.
As the evening progresses, guests can look forward to a special concert on the Main Stage featuring Emirati artist Hamad Al Ameri and Bahraini artist Mohammed Al Bakri, starting at 8:00 PM on Wednesday, 17 December. The two stars will present a selection of Gulf hits that reflect the region’s cultural richness and bring a joyful musical atmosphere to the celebrations.
The festivities will continue at 9:00 PM with a spectacular white-and-red fireworks display, followed immediately by a stunning drone show, offering guests an unforgettable visual experience that enhances the spirit of the occasion.
