Extremely poor service and rude staff. Be careful if their bills as they try to cheat you by billing lot of items you haven’t ordered. Double check the items that lands on your table are the ones you have ordered…I’m totally disappointing and felt cheated

The best restaurant in Dubai where you can experience authentic Turkish cuisine. Despite being a busy restaurant, the delicious food, attentive staff, and fast service are truly impressive.

Disappointed, very rude staff, zerro hospitality. As a Turkish I dont recomend this place at all. Their aim si only to fulfill costumers what they served how they behave no one care. Even it is for free will never go there. This 1 star is even toooo much for them

Disappointing! I thought this was a quality restaurant looking at the menu and high prices, but not even close. Ruined my trip.

10 pax = 1 child, 2 teens, 7 adults Iftar Good food, but the service was lacking. Our server made it abundantly clear how impatient he was when taking our orders. When I requested a menu to be left to our table for any additional orders, he grew even more impatient and disputed the need for one. Despite requesting leftovers to be taken out, only a portion of the food was packed for us (missing Iskander beef and chicken). Unfortunately, due to the time constraints of iftar, we didn't have the luxury of seeking out another dining option.

People are very welcoming. Food is OK but I found the portions to be small so overall I little bit pricey for the amount you are getting.
