I didn’t order anything from this stand, but I still had a really unpleasant experience. My friends and I were simply looking for a washroom nearby, so I asked the staff if there was one around. Instead of answering, the two staff members motioned for me to come closer. One of them typed an amount into their LivPOS payment terminal and handed it to me, telling me to tap my phone. The other staff member also said, “Pay first.” I was genuinely shocked—this was just a basic question about directions, not a service I agreed to pay for. It felt inappropriate and unprofessional, and left a very bad impression. Of course I didn’t tap my phone and left. The two staff were laughing behind.
