Worst experience in Dubai. Wrong starters, 1 mains not included and late. Staff rude. Cold chips and asked for fresh ones, they just re fried them. When we told the waiter he wouldn’t get the manager and was very rude. Would not go back ever again

By far one of the worst dining experiences I have had in global village. We sat down and ordered a large bottle of water. We asked for this 5 times and none of the times did we get it. After the meal ended we got a small bottle of water. We ordered kunafas without ice cream at the end of our meal. To our surprise we received kunafa with ice cream at the start of our meal. In addition to this the kunafa tasted stale. In addition to the high price point the staff was very unhelpful. The management refused to come to our table and gave us great difficulty when talking about this poor service. I would recommend to avoid this restaurant.

Had to ask for water 5 times before I got it. The kunafa was not kunafa, asked to cancel it, the waiter first argued then said come downstairs to talk to the manager the manager will not come to you. In the end the agreed to not charge for it. Unfortunate experience.

we visited yesterday and ordered kabab Alinazik , it was very bad. Chicken shish kabab was ok. Also, lentil soap was like water. They should improve taste and quality according to the high price that they are charging. we were disappointed.

I don’t think I’ll ever experience the same flavor from any other Turkish restaurant in my life as I did from the meal I had at this restaurant. The staff’s attention and dedication to service were amazing.

I've put 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars. Service was very poor and waiters very rude.. Ordered our food but wrong orders served. Instead of 4 potions of fries, only 2 served. Food was supposed to be served with salad, but only red onion served. Not sure if this is Turkish salad. No sauce served with all 4 meals ordered. On request for our our garlic sauces, we were served Mayonnaise! I'll not advise anyone to eat there! I wouldn't even feed my dog this food!! Absolutely disgusted! Even had the audacity to add gratuity to the bill!
