Facilities Information

In an effort to provide our valued visitors to Global Village with the best possible service, the amenities and services for Global Village include:

The Foreign Exchange Booth:
There are foreign exchange booths available to facilitate the exchange of different currencies and transfer of funds.

Banks and ATM:
To help the visitors withdraw money for their purchases, local Banks are providing ATM machines.

Information Kiosks:
Information kiosks at the entrances of Global Village as well as other locations within Global Village provide visitors with general information related to Global Village and its events. Visitors and shoppers obtain leaflets, brochures and guidance for locations and directions within Global Village.

Services for the disabled and elderly:
At the entrances, push chairs for children as well as wheel chairs for the elderly and disabled peopled are available.

Mosques:
There are Mosques, for both men and women located around Global Village to enable visitors to pray on time. The Mosques are equipped with loudspeakers to enable visitors to hear the call to prayer.

Global Village Public Address System:
A special room is allocated for the broadcasting services, while loudspeakers are distributed throughout Village to transmit guidance information and general instructions.

The Lost and Found Center:
There will be a lost and found center and announcements will be made on the PA system.

Parking Lots:
The entire parking lot has been designed to accommodate more than 15,000 cars. There is also dedicated parking areas for public transport, taxis, private buses and Global Village shuttle buses. Valet parking services are available as well and provision for VIP drop-off and waiting area has also been catered for.

Washroom Facilities:
Toilets for men and women, including those with special needs, will be distributed throughout Global Village to meet the needs of the visitors. There will be also paid toilets with good facilities offered at AED 5.

Public Transport:
Public Transport companies are present to ensure that sufficient taxis are available near the main entrance gate and other entrances at all times during operating hours to transport visitors to and from Global Village. Public buses are also made available to transport visitors from the city to Global Village and back. Global Village is also providing shuttle buses to pick-up and drop- off visitors from and to Global Village entrance / exit gates.
