1.1 By accessing any part of the Website, you agree to these Terms. 1.2 We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms you should not continue to use the Website. Your use of the Website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms. Certain provisions of these Terms may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages on the Website.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights protect the content of this Website and you acknowledge that the material and content (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) supplied as part of this Website shall remain with the Company or its licensors. (c) you do not in any way imply that Global Village is endorsing any products or services other than its own;
(d) you do not misrepresent your relationship with Global Village or present any other false information about Global Village;
(e) you do not otherwise use any Global Village trade marks displayed on the Website without express written permission from Global Village ;

(g) your website does not contain content that is distasteful, offensive or controversial, infringes any intellectual property rights or other rights of any other person or otherwise does not comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
5.3 Global Village expressly reserves the right to revoke the right granted in clause 2 for breach of these terms and to take any action it deems appropriate.
5.4 You shall fully indemnify Global Village for any loss or damage suffered by Global Village or any of its group companies for breach of clause 2.

6. Liability

6.1 We will not be liable (whether for breach of contract, negligence or any other liability arising under or in relation to your use of the Website) for any actions by the Company or any of the Company’s affiliate companies and the officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents of any of them, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. We shall not be liable to you for any loss of business, revenue, profits or anticipated savings, data being lost or corrupted, or any indirect or consequential loss suffered by you through the use of, or unavailability of, this Website. 6.2 While we try to ensure that material included on the Website is correct and up to date, we cannot accept responsibility if this is not the case. 7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
